We loved the house. Such a nice gathering place for our family. We had very few issues and they responded immediately! Great location with so much easily available for us
Reported the AC not functioning on the first day of our 7 day vacation. We had to empty a drip pan multiple times a day to keep some air. Ac guy came but couldn’t get into locked closet to fix. It wasn’t until I reached out on the last day of our stay to AirBnB did the host send the ac guy back out with access to closet that was needed. There were only 3 trash cans for a 8 bedroom house, bathtub plug was broke, no bathmats, no smoke detector in main living area, only in bedrooms. The house is beautiful and the bedrooms are big. The location was central to everything. Unfortunately, I would not do business with this host again.
Great family vacation. Individual bathrooms for every bedroom was wonderful and so helpful. Entertainment —pool, golf, video games, etc were so helpful on rainy and/or hot days for kids and multi-generational family members Very quiet neighborhood with great views.
