My contact for the place were great anytime I had a concern or needed help they were very efficient. The cleaning crew were very polite and kind. The only problem I had was upper management we were not able to get in the place when were we suppose to because it was not cleaned yet so we sat outside for three hours. I understand things happen but my problem was they never contacted me and did nothing until after I got back from vacation and then they called me and heard nothing after that. I didn’t really expect anything but at least an apology when it happened not a week later.
We had a great stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful! We gave feedback on some things that could be fixed, improved with home (icemaker, kitchen equipment, some outdoor cleanup, etc.) but overall a great stay. Having 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms was really very convenient for our family of 10! We would book again. Having 2 refrigerators were a plus!
