We had a great last minute stay at Smokies Splash Haus. The home is brand new and located in a beautiful new development (note some cabins still being built in the area). Kids loved all the games indoors and on the patio and especially the pool! Location was a huge plus being convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg making it easy to get to everything we had planned. Hosts made us feel at home and were responsive making it all the more enjoyable. We are working on planning a longer trip with more family next time!
